Annex F

Maximum amounts incumbent on private parties as consideration for the activities performed by assessors

 

1. The maximum amounts for 2005, incumbent on private parties as consideration for the activities performed by assessors, shall be:

 

  1. € 900.00 for technical assessment activities pursuant to Annex A(2)(a) and (e);
  2. € 22.00 for each page, for technical assessment activities pursuant to Annex A(2)(b) (c) and (d);
  3. € 8,980.00 for the subjective assessment of a site.

 

2. The amount owed to the Treasury by private parties as reimbursement of the administrative costs incurred by the Prime Minister’s Office for the activities relating to the issuing of the authorisation pursuant to Article 4(1) of the Presidential Decree, for 2005, shall be € 500.00.

 

3. The amount owed to the Treasury by private parties on discovery, pursuant to Article 7(2) of the Presidential Decree, of a level of accessibility lower than that of the logo used, shall be equal to the actual costs of the inspection carried out, determined on the basis of the amounts defined in paragraph 1, plus a portion of the costs of all the inspection activities carried out by the CNIPA on private parties. For 2005, this portion shall be 75%.

 

4. The amounts cited in paragraphs 1 and 2 and the percentage cited in paragraph 3 shall be updated by non-regulatory Decree of the Minister for Innovation and Technology, before February each year.
